At MyDreamShot, operated by FLYNZOID INNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to ensuring a transparent, fair, and user-friendly experience for all participants.

Since the Platform is completely free to use, and all participation in contests is through free game credits, coupons, or sharing rewards, no monetary payments are collected from Users for any contest, draw, or tournament. Therefore, no cash refunds or payment reversals apply under any circumstances.

1. Nature of Participation

  • All contests and games on MyDreamShot are free skill-based events, and users participate using free credits, reward coupons, or referral-based game credits issued by the Company.

  • These credits are not purchasable and hold no real-world monetary value.

  • Since no entry fee or payment is charged, refunds in the form of money are not applicable.


2. Contest Cancellation by the Company

  • In rare cases, contests may be cancelled due to technical issues, maintenance, or system updates.

  • If a contest is cancelled before completion, any used credits or coupons will be reissued automatically to the user’s account.

  • The Company will ensure that no user loses their contest eligibility or free credit balance due to internal technical reasons.


3. User Withdrawal or Non-Participation

  • Once a user joins a contest, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by the user.

  • If a user chooses not to play after joining, or if their device disconnects during gameplay, no re-entry or replacement credits will be provided.

  • Users are advised to ensure a stable internet connection and compatible device before participation.


4. Technical Failures During Play

  • If a contest or activity fails due to a server error or system malfunction on the Company’s end, the Company will restore equivalent credits to the affected users.

  • The Company shall not be held liable for gameplay interruptions caused by:

    • Poor or unstable internet connectivity;

    • Low device performance;

    • User-side hardware or software issues; or

    • Force majeure events (e.g., power outages, network failure, etc.).


5. No Monetary Refunds

  • As the Platform does not charge any participation fees, and all contests operate on non-monetary free credits,
    no monetary refund process exists on the Platform.

  • All refunds, if any, shall be made only in the form of replacement credits or bonus coupons, never in cash or bank transfer.


6. Credit Expiry

  • Free credits, bonus credits, and reward coupons may have a validity period specified on issuance.

  • Expired or unused credits will not be reinstated, and no claim can be made for expired rewards.


7. Company’s Final Decision

  • The Company’s decision regarding cancellations, credit reinstatements, or adjustments shall be final and binding.

  • The Company reserves the right to refuse reissuance of credits or suspend accounts found misusing the system.
